Burgundy – The Heart of France

The dawn of the last millennium saw a great surge in the social development of France and most particularly of Burgundy. Throughout our journey, we will see evidence of the evolution of this colourful and vibrant region from a medieval super power to the rich environment that survives today.

Our tour will take you south from Paris through the northern wine region of Chablis, down to the Côtes des Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges and back along a route that reads like a fine wine list!

We will travel by luxury vehicle to the doorstep of sites of antiquity, enjoying the excellent regional cuisine and wines for which Burgundy has been famous for over 2,000 years.
